Spring Season
🌼 Spring Update 🌼
🏷️ Team lists drop Thu 2 Oct — except OPEN, which will be finalised at the first training back. Movement will be limited after this.
This season FDNA is letting clubs get creative with team names ✨ – so instead of the traditional “Red/Blue/White” you’ll see some fun names across age groups. Just a bit of extra enjoyment for Spring, so get around it!
🗓️ Training starts Wed 8 Oct (all at Roy Dore):
• NSG & 11U: 4:00–5:00pm
• 13U & 15U: 5:00–6:30pm
• 17U & OPEN: 6:20–8:00pm
These times are set for Spring as part of a trial. If they don’t suit you, unfortunately we can’t make changes this season. We’re hoping to move to two nights in Winter next year, which should give us more flexibility.
🤝 All age groups will do the first chunk of training together — building connections across the club and creating even skill opportunities before splitting into teams.
📅 Games resume Sat 11 Oct for all teams.
🙌 Team Managers Needed: Each team needs a manager to help with scoring and supporting coaches on game day. If you’re keen, please email us – coaches will also ask again on Wednesday.
Carrum Netball Club Annual General Meeting
📅 Date: Tuesday 19th November 2024
🕖 Time: 7:00pm
📍 Location: Roy Dore Club Rooms (Carrum)
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important event on our club calendar where members come together to:
Hear a summary of the past year’s activities, achievements, and finances
Learn about upcoming plans and opportunities for the club
Elect the committee for the year ahead
The AGM is open to all members, families, and supporters. You are welcome to attend simply to listen and gain an understanding of how the club operates, or you may wish to nominate for a role or join the general committee.
There is no obligation to take on a position if you attend – being part of the AGM is a valuable way to support the club and see how decisions are made.
We encourage everyone to come along and be part of shaping the future of Carrum Netball Club.
